Impossible Dents

We recently did some repairs for a customer who was referred to us by a local body shop.

The customer already had another “dent guy” look at the damage and they said the dent could not be removed and there was nothing that could be done. This customer trusted the other dent removal company because he had used them before and had been satisfied with the work. When he was told that nothing could be done using Paintless Dent Removal, he took his car to the body shop.

The body shop quote was expensive so they gave the customer our number just to see if there was anything we could do.

I offered to come take a look at the vehicle, gave the customer a quote for the work and then fixed it. All he could say was "incredible!" after I was done.

It's a good idea to get a second opinion in a lot of situations. Paintless Dent Removal requires a lot of skill, experience and sometimes creativity. If someone has told you it "can't be done", they might be correct. They might also just mean they can't do it.
